8:45am for 9:00 am on the water.
Off the water by 10:30am.
The session will work on technique, and steering.
There are change rooms, toilets and hot showers, so come along and have a paddle, some fun, a good workout & have a chat to your paddling mates
All welcome.
If you want a harder session there is always the 6:30am session at Rowlands.
