working on paddling and canoe technique, running with the wind and swell, punching into the wind, hutting / stroking / feeling the run / balancing, starts & sprint turns. no set effort. if you want to find the finer points of outrigger canoe paddling which cannot be tough in the morning sessions, this is the session for you
