UPDATE: Improve your Cardiovascular Health + Burn Calories

Are you looking at improving your cardiovascular health, burn off those extra calories (600+ on average per session) then our Tuesday and Thursday sunrise paddle sessions are for you (medium to hard pace).

We would love to have more paddlers join in on these sessions. Speak with your club captions, coach or myself if you need any information. We ask that members add their names no later than 4pm (day before session).

We know life gets in the way sometimes, remember to make time for yourself.
